Parental Leave and Military Leave

We know what's important in life, and adjusting to the newest family member takes time. We offer 2 weeks of paid parental leave in the year you or your spouse have or adopt a child. After that period, your employer paid short-term disability will kick in. Family always comes first. Take some time to focus on what's truly important. And try to get some sleep!
